Black Lights, 350BL's, BLB's, Bug Lights
 
A black light is a lamp that emits long wave UV radiation and very little visible light. Fluorescent black lights are typically made in the same fashion as normal fluorescent
lights except that only one phosphor is used and the normally clear glass envelope of
the bulb is replaced by a deep bluish purple glass. Ultraviolet (black light) fly traps are
used for the elimination of various small flying insects in commercial food prep and production areas. The insects are attracted to the UV light and are killed using an 
electrical shock or trapped once they come into contact with the device.

Our coatings will not interfere with the ultraviolet attractant 
that keeps your area insect free.

As always our coatings are USDA and FDA approved for incidental contact with 
food and will protect you in the event of a broken bulb.
